001Company
The company
Al Amiri Contracting LLC was licensed in Ajman in 2001 as a steel fabrication workshop serving local contractors. It still is one. What has changed is the size of the packages and the depth of the engineering behind them.
The first operable wall support contract came in 2007, for a hotel ballroom in Sharjah. It required a beam that could carry a moving partition across twelve metres without deflecting enough to bind the track — a problem more precise than most steel a fit-out contractor handles. We solved it, then solved it again for the next ballroom, and the specialism grew from there.
Today the Jurf facility runs covered fabrication bays with overhead lifting, an in-house drawing office, and installation crews working across all seven emirates. Roughly half of each year's work comes from clients who have used us before.

What we are trying to do
Be the contractor an engineer is relieved to see on the sub-contract list — because the steel is right, the record exists, and the difficult conversation already happened at drawing stage.
Build it twice — once in the shop
Complex assemblies are trial-fitted before delivery, so the crane is booked against a proven fit.
Leave a record
Certificates, weld procedures, survey readings and as-builts are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
The steel should disappear
Most of our work is covered by a ceiling or a finish. Doing it well means nobody thinks about it again.

Al Amiri Contracting LLC is registered in Jurf Industrial Area 1 as a steel fabrication workshop serving local contractors.
2007
First operable wall package
A hotel ballroom in Sharjah becomes the first moving-wall support contract — and the beginning of the specialism the company is now known for.
2012
Fabrication capacity doubled
The Jurf facility is extended, adding covered fabrication bays and overhead lifting for heavier sections.
2016
In-house engineering
Drawing office established so shop drawings, connection design and load checks no longer leave the building.
2020
Documented quality system
Material traceability, welder qualification and inspection records formalised across every package.
2024
Seven emirates
Installation crews working across the UAE, with more than half of annual work coming from repeat clients.
